I believe deeply in the innate powers of the human body to heal from emotional traumas we may have endured - we just need to learn how to do it.

I’m a therapeutic coach for healing chronic fatigue-related illness.
Through somatic practices & tools combined with psychological knowledge/ strategies and spiritual approaches, we work together to identify what your body needs to begin or get un-stuck in the healing process. Healing from chronic illness is about bringing our unconscious wounds and patterns to the conscious mind and present body in order to move old emotional energy through a loving and connected space, so that it can release from the body and leave a more vital, happy, and energized you.

I work with people with chronic fatigue, adrenal fatigue, or other chronic symptoms or illnesses or blocks that are caused by unprocessed pain and wounding buried deep within the unconscious. We work together to identify and interpret your symptoms as the emotional wounds that they truly are, and then learn the tools and strategies needed to work with the energies in your body and move them up and out of you safely, leaving a lighter and brighter you with more vibrant energy and a stronger body, mind and spirit than you may have ever thought possible.

The answer to your illness could be inside you...
If you have chronic fatigue or adrenal fatigue or another chronic illness, you have a weight on you...a giant weight dragging you down, holding onto you...causing your fatigue and symptoms. But what is that weight?? Most say it's a combination of things: daily stress, poor diet, deficiencies, genetics, inflammation, toxicities, etc. I was told these too and believed them for many years. But it's not what I've found. These were the SYMPTOMS of my illness. I wanted the ROOT CAUSE... and the root cause of my fatigue (the giant weight!) was EMOTIONAL TRAUMA...the month I started healing early life trauma was the month I started healing. I had found the answer to my illness, and that is the most crucial moment of any healing journey.
But once you find that the cause of your physical and/or emotional suffering is caused by deep unprocessed pain from early life wounds and trauma, how do you actually start to heal it??
I spent years struggling to learn how to heal the past to heal my body, making countless mistakes and hitting innumerable setbacks, plateaus, and times of deep confusion and frustration. But that's because I didn't have a guide. I found pieces of great wisdom from incredible teachers, but it was my job to put the pieces together to be able to heal myself by myself. And I wanted permanent healing. I had no interest in temporary fixes to my energetic body that I would have to keep coming back to on a daily and weekly basis just to feel okay. I wanted DEEP and PERMANENT healing of my body, mind and spirit. And that kind of healing requires psychological work, energetic work, somatic work, and spiritual work. Illnesses caused by emotional trauma and wounding are complex because they involve our entire being, but the beauty in that is that we have the opportunity to transform all of those parts of us in a PROFOUND way, enabling us to become a completely new version of ourselves...one that is free of chronic pain and illness.
I believe with every fiber of me that we all have the power to heal ourselves, even the deepest pains that have conditioned our entire lives and personalities. But in order to heal safely and successfully, we MUST have the tools, knowledge, and support that will allow us to do that. And that's what I teach in all of my content. You don't have to navigate the darkness alone. My deepest wish is to provide you with the map that I didn't have as you navigate your past to heal your body... to give you some light as you traverse the dark and help you untangle any barriers along the way. There are so many lessons I learned the hard way that I want to give you, so that you can go through this healing process faster and easier than I did and free yourself of fatigue, symptoms, and illness for good. <3
I use my extensive psychological knowledge, spiritual understanding, somatic tools, and intuitive gifts to teach and guide others in the process of creating safety in the body, uncovering their own buried emotions, enveloping them in acceptance and gratitude, and releasing them out of the body for good. This is the process of healing, and I strive to be a kind and compassionate guide for others through the process. In session work, I provide a safe and sacred space where all thoughts, feelings, and emotions are seen as helpful messages and guides leading us toward our deepest pains that are dying to be seen and held. Sometimes the darkest thoughts bring the most important messages. They just have to be translated, and I love helping others do that while teaching them how to send the body messages of love and safety so those energies can move up and out of us.
Before embarking on a journey to heal my fatigue illnesses, I had a brief career in environmental conservation. After receiving my Masters of Environmental Management degree from Duke University, I worked in the area of ecological conservation and climate change adaptation. Although it appears that my career paths have changed, I deeply believe that the way we are going to heal our planet is by healing ourselves. By healing the deepest wounds in our bodies, we eliminate jealousy, rage, greed, and hatred that are carried within us - and we uncover and access the enormous loving, compassionate, and altruistic heart energies that are innate in every single one of us. In fact, these energies reflect our truest selves. <3

step two
For our first appointment, we'll meet for 30 minutes so that I can hear about your healing journey so far, where you are now, and what you're looking for in coaching. Then I'll explain my strategy framework for healing and tell you how I believe your healing fits with that framework and where I think we should start.
step three
We'll meet at whatever frequency works for you (1x/week, 1x/2weeks, 2x/week, etc.). Book each appointment individually at your own pace and choose a 60- or 90-minute call each time. I believe the best place to go during each session is wherever the body and mind is in that moment - what are the symptoms, thoughts, issues coming up now or in the days since we spoke last? This is how we start to learn to trust the body to show us where to go - the body ALWAYS knows. :)
